He or she will be the figure responsible for ensuring that the company's products and services meet certain quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Working within the company's quality management system, he/she will carry out monitoring, evaluation and continuous process improvement activities.
Will report to the company's quality management and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Management and supervision of the quality management system : drafting and implementation of procedures, operating instructions and their application in all business areas .
- Compliance control of products and services : MP entry and PF exit checks, supplier qualification, implementation of sales specifications, sampling, implementation of company analysis and monitoring plans
- Identification and management of nonconformities and complaints:
In case of defects or deviations from standards, the officer identifies the causes, proposes corrective actions and verifies their effectiveness.
- Management of quality management system documentation:
This includes the creation, revision and distribution of documents such as manuals, procedures and instructions.
- Collaboration with other business functions :
The officer works closely with managers in production, engineering, purchasing, and other areas to ensure an integrated approach to quality.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement:
The officer analyzes quality data, identifies areas for improvement and proposes actions to optimize processes and results.
- Management of internal and external audits:
The officer may participate in or conduct audits to verify compliance of the quality management system.
He or she will be a figure who, under the coordination of the DQ, will play a key role in ensuring that the company meets customer expectations and current regulations by continuously improving its processes and products.
Requirements Required :
Education: bachelor's degree in engineering (particularly management), food science and technology, or related disciplines, or a technical degree.
Knowledge of standards: Knowledge of food regulations and GFSI quality standards is essential .
Management skills: The quality management officer must be able to manage business processes, analyze data, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
Technical skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools, document management systems

Experience:
Prior experience in the relevant field and/or in similar roles will be considered a requirement.

IMMEDIATE placement initially on a fixed-term basis 6 months, with real possibility of permanent placement.
Salary for entry level profile from 28-32K, commensurate with profile and experience.
