Tradition and innovation are at the heart of IMEPA, a historic company owned by the Esposito family, which has been able to transform itself from a producer of fresh chilies to a specialist in dried products. The ability to recognize the best raw materials, which is essential for a finished product with a natural taste, stems from the company's peasant origins, from the agricultural knowledge that founder Enrico passed down to his children, to enable them to select and process only the best that nature has to offer.
The third generation of Esposito is now at the helm of an industrial reality that, with cutting-edge technologies, produces dried ingredients of vegetable origin, as well as mixes and creams, marketing them under three brands dedicated to different channels and types of customers. The goodness of the dried product also corresponds to that of the company's policy: investments in innovation, which led to the construction of the production plant in Nocera Inferiore, have focused on food safety andhygiene, but also on the safety of all employees and the systematic control of the entire supply chain.
